CMS recognizes and abides by the professional standards of Infocomm and we are a Diamond Level Certified Integrator meaning that over 75% of our entire staff (including office and accounting staff) maintain a CTS Certification. We maintain Engineering Staff with the CTS-D Certification from Infocomm.

Our Technical Staff and structure are as follows:
• Engineering – Quotes, Customer Discovery Meetings, Designs, CAD, Programming, Drawings,
Submittals
• Technical Coordinator – Manages installations, deliverables, problem escalation, staffs projects
and may also work on-site as needed. Primarily works to stage and administer installs.
• Project Manager – On-site management of assigned projects and working installer, project
budgeting, project materials, manages team on-site, verifies install meets Building Code and
Best Practices.
• Lead Installer – Senior Installer capable of all terminations, minor programming, IT fluent, diagnostics.
• Installer 2 – Advanced Installer, training in some areas, capable of performing most terminations and some diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Installer 1 – Less than 2 years experience, provides more physical labor than electronic, pulling cable, rigging, storage and cutting.
CMS Project Process
CMS handles all Projects, regardless of size or scope with the same processes and format.
Internally, we use the At-Task software package for Project Management to manage resources,
staff, timelines and milestones. This allows us to do real-time Job Costing and Resource
Leveling. A traditional Project would involve the following Tasks:

Service and Maintenance
At CMS, our service and maintenance options include extensive on-site and depot repair services and extended maintenance agreements. We also offer lifetime user training, technical support, and detailed set-up sheets for all products and systems that we sell.
Equipment Leasing Services
CMS provides lease financing for companies purchasing equipment from $5,000 and up through various partnering firms. If your company is interested in leasing from a bank-owned finance company with highly competitive repayment programs and a reputation for quality customer service, then our leasing partner is for you. Licenses and Insurance
CMS is licensed contractor by the State of Tennessee. In Tennessee it is Illegal to accept business in excess of $25,000 from a non-licensed company. Our license may reciprocate to other states, please check with your Account Executive.
